Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars has its own IMDB entry as a TV-Mini-Series:

Else where it is considered season 5 of Farscape.

Both TMDB and TVDB list it as Season 5 of Farscape:

As you can see, only the IMDB has its own TV-Mini-Series entry. How do I resolve this conflict?

Wikipedia has it as imdb does. This is very similar to how several other series have a special movie or short miniseries like Battlestar Galactica, The Pretender, V, and several others.
Personally I'd prefer if they were actually attached to the appropriate series, but Ed's right.
I wish producers or whoever the right people would be so that they name things appropriately so they fit into imdb. lol

(So many problem images, so few posts to direct me. lol)

Now you won't be able to tell from just the image, but it's missing something on the right, so I guess this is a democrat image.

Hi Zippybunny,

As Ed Jones has stated, we list titles based on their original release. As Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars was originally released as a separate mini series, that's how we will list it on the database.

To everyone, thank you so much for helping me understand.It makes perfect sense. It wasn't released as Season 5, we won't call it that.

What doesn't make sense though, why can't we link to Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars on the Farscape IMDB page.

The Wikipedia page mentions its on their Farscape page, and they also include a link to The Peacekeepers Wars own page:

We should do something similar.

Already IMDB list's each Season and each Episode, with a link to their own page. Why don't we support listing Specials too?

Please bring me up to speed on this issue.
