False credit due to typo because of duplicate name declined faulty service / unprofessional feedback again and again

In reference to my profile and the movie I am incorrectly associated with on imdb. I have attempted several times to remove the credit. 

The issue needs to be resolved as there is no association, even though I have uploaded proof of duplicate credit project that I made, my identity and also the fact that there is no picture, name or reference whatsoever of the credit name of me for this movie on wikipedia, google search and there is only copied information from imdb which is making matters worse.

Please please please correct this and keep the information correct.
