False Alternative name attribution

And I will add that, based on the info posted by @daniel_francis_gardecki, this appears to be a mere trademark registration by Maxwell Drake to use the name Babette Bombshell, not a full legal name change. If that is correct, and if this person's actual name is Maxwell Drake, then both names should be listed on the merged IMDb page, with appropriate attributions making it clear which names were used on which titles.

Back in 2006, and again in 2010, you were in movies with someone named Maxwell Drake, whom you did not know or only were vaguely aware of, even though Drake worked on the same movies as you at least twice.

Then, in 2013, the same person, Maxwell Drake, filed an application for a trademark of the name Babette Bombshell (your name), but still without you and Drake meeting or being aware of each other.

The following year (2014), you were complaining on this same message board because IMDb thought Maxwell Drake and Babette Bombshell were the same person. And although Maxwell Drake had worked on the same movies as you, you either were still only vaguely aware of Drake, or did not know Drake at all.

Now, in 2021, you are married to Maxwell Drake -- the same person mentioned in all previous events on the timeline.

It seems that your story has changed many times over the years. Maxwell Drake has gone from the person who is literally credited as playing the character Babette Bombshell in on-screen credits and who applied for a trademark to use that name, to a stranger who happened to work on the same films as you but was mistakenly credited as being you, to your manager, to your spouse of 15+ years (including during the same times when he was simultaneously a stranger to you and someone who was mistakenly credited to be the same person as you). There are more twists and turns in your story than a bowl of spaghetti. It is entertaining, though, I will give you that.

You keep saying that you are being forced to disclose personal details, but the reality is that you are the one who keeps coming back to this message board and voluntarily posting all of this information.  All I have done is point out the inconsistencies in the details that you yourself have alleged.
