This is a fake TV cartoon series and must be removed from the database.
Tooter Turtle is a segment of King Leonardo and His Short Subjects, which is already listed on IMDb.
It looks as if this fake series has no information not already included on the King Leonardo page. It seems to be safe to delete outright.

Can you clarify if there was ever a separate series release under a "Tooter Turtle" series banner? Or were these cartoons only released as segments within episodes of "King Leonardo and His Short Subjects"?
