factual release date deleted

I knew this was gonna happen eventually so I bookmarked it and it only took like a fortnight to happen.

@Michelle will remember it: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4423788/releaseinfo

If the proofs on original thread were not enough, here are more.

After Peter's festival schedule link, they said "It doesn't state feature on the link you have sent us"

And after this image was posted, they started to claim on another thread it was a "typo"

They keep saying it was not completed in 2018, but they forgot to change their FilmFreeway profile:

(already archived in case it disappears)
So just another lie, it was completed in July 2018 and premiered in October 2018 at CIFF.
-
"Island of the Dolls premiere at CIFF 2018"
-
-
-
(they removed it from this page within last week)
-
There is no doubt film was premiered at CIFF in October 2018. You shouldn't have deceived by any made-up "proof" after that thread.
You should reinstate the deleted factual date and lock it real hard. I mean your measures should last more than a few weeks.

Hi mbmb -

Thanks for saving, reporting, and posting all the details above.  We are actively investigating the title's release date and previous reports of inaccuracy further.

@Michelle A factual data is deleted and this is not really an acceptable answer. Public facts lie there in the public without any doubt, what's there to investigate anymore? Do you mean you are asking people who wasn't and won't be honest with you when public facts are clearly out there with clear public evidence?

Or is this just a stalling way to keep it deleted and hope it's forgotten?

Months later.. "our editors are still investigating..."

Another months later... "unfortunately our staff is still investigating. I cannot provide a time frame as to when the investigation will end"

Years later... "We're unable to expedite this process for you - please also note that messaging in frequently about the same issue may cause the investigation to take longer."

Is that what's gonna happen? How will IMDb say "Our aim is to be the most complete and reliable..." and that "they can't remove factual information from their records" to everyone else?

An official selection, a finalist in competition, a "Best Feature Film" nomination but it was only a trailer? Do you really believe that? A 78 minutes trailer? What director calls a trailer as "premiere" in their website and social media accounts?

Every single proof shows that's not true and it's an excuse they come up with to delete it and IMDb deletes it with that?

See all these Facebook posts from 2018 and 2019: https://ibb.co/album/5kFdW1

Do you see anything indicative of what they started to claim recently, when they were posting the following in their every post about the movie?

- F Rated Film Finalist at the Cardiff International Film Festival. (2018)
- Official Selection at the Cardiff International Film Festival. (2018)

- "IOTD will have its premiere in Cardiff 2018!" (Archive)

- “Island of the Dolls” - Premiering at Cardiff International Film Festival (Archive)

- https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn1jlllBO0r/ (Archive)

"Starting the week with good news! "Island of the dolls", a film of which I am a part, will have its premiere at the "Cardiff International Film Festival 2018""

All of these talk about "premiere", since when "premiere" means "trailer"?

@Michelle factual data remains deleted even after all the evidence pointed in this thread. This is not really acceptable. It should be at least kept restored while the endless "investigation" continues.

Tomorrow it will be a week since factual data is deleted by imdb staff knowingly and kept deleted and ignored against all the solid proofs in the world.
