Extra validation needed for malformed (qv) links

There needs to be an extra syntax validation test when adding (qv) links to people or titles in Trivia or Biography entries. I accidentally submitted a correction (adding a qv link) and I missed off one of the brackets: "_title (year)_ qv)" instead of "_title (year)_ (qv)". It would have been useful if this syntax error could have been detected and flagged, to save me waiting an extra day or so until the existing change shows up in the Update screen so I can make the further correction to it.

I've noticed that occasionally title links without a year "_title_ (qv)" are not flagged during form validation - luckily each time I've noticed and corrected this before submission. Normally this error is flagged, so I'm not sure why in certain situations it is not.
