External Review Link Rejected

I've tried twice to add an external review link from The Boston Phoenix issue of 1 July 1975 to the film DEATH RACE 2000 (https://contribute.imdb.com/title/tt0072856) .  Here is the submission:

I have twice received the message that the submission (#230305-235447-710000) "Does not meet contribution guidelines," but I have no idea what is wrong with it.  Can someone enlighten me as to what the problem is?
