Explain the reason of submition rejected

Hi,

As many others, I wish to know what failed when a submition was rejected. The sentence "check our guidelines" may be vague and for some people, the detailed feedback would be a learning instead of a frustration that would cause again, and again, and again to submit the same mistake. I suggest something like this

"Image declined. Reason: Bad quality. Please review our submission guidelines."

"Plot declined. Reason: Quotes should not be in the plot text. Please review our submission guidelines."

"Quote declined. Reason: Quotes should be in english despite of the original language. Please review our submission guidelines."

I think this would make a more helpful to create an educated community of contributors
