Executive Producer credits are being REJECTED. Why????

I have been trying to add three executive producer credits to a movie.  I have done this a dozen times before with no issues.  For some reason, this time I am getting my submissions REJECTED.  I am being told that I must offer PROOF or EVIDCENCE.

So I scanned the CONTRACTS of myself and the other two individuals.  The contracts included the name of the production company on the letterhead.  They each name the producers.  They list the credits given to the producers ("Executive Producer").  And they each have the signature of the principal (owner) of the production company.  He is in effect the financier of the project, and the person in charge.

As an executive producer myself, I have been given the task of auditing and updating the movie credits before the film releases.

Whoever keeps reading my submissions keeps REJECTING THEM.

Of note: The contracts I am submitting are redacted, because there is a CONFIDENTIALITY clause in them.  So I am blocking out all the particulars of the contracts, minus the names of the producers and their credits, and the company name and the principal signing and executing the contracts.  I have left those particular PARAGRAPHS fully open for reading.  It is easy to read the people involved, and the credits granted, and the official sign off by the principal of the company.  The rest is of no concern, and I am rightfully keeping that stuff redacted.

I can't imagine this is the reason why they're being rejected, since what I left readable is MORE THAN ENOUGH to make sense of things.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated.  Like I said, I've been on here for many years and have never, ever encountered this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Gabriel: Since this problem will probably require the IMDb staff's intervention to figure out, please just post your submission reference number here -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 240123-123456-789000.

I'm not going to try to solve the underlying problem myself. However, probably the first thing the staff will look for in trying to figure out what happened is the submission reference number.

Thanks for your assistance.  The last submission reference number that was rejected is:

240713-144933-367000

What I did since then is re-submit the credits individually, instead of all being under the same submission.  So I now have three credit submissions listed as pending (one for myself, and one for each of the other two executive producers).  The three new reference numbers are:

240714-225924-603000

240714-230057-522000

240714-230204-602000

Thank you for your help.  I appreciate it.
