Evidence suggested in the instructions was declined
Hi!
I submitted evidence with my submissions and they have been rejected. That position is not credited on screen, so I submitted an official signed company letterhead as evidence. Requests were denied, even though the instructions on submitting evidence list this item as acceptable verification. Please advise? Thanks!

Since your name was not credited on-screen, ideally we are looking for evidence such as: third party news articles, call sheets, pay stubs, contacts, receipts, etc., to help verify.
I encourage you to resubmit with this additional evidence and our team will take another look.
