Estimated processing date frozen on "Calculating..."

Since 9 hours ago for me, since a certain submission, I have been all of a sudden experiencing extremely long wait times for all submissions, including for the simplest of entries.  Which normally take a matter of seconds, first for the Estimated processing date to appear, after a refresh, and then for the submission to be accepted. Take for example an image upload. These are normally almost immediately dealt with. However, I've currently been waiting 25 mins, at the time of writing this and that's just for the "Calculating..." to disappear. My submissions are just stuck on "Estimated processing date Calculating...", in the instance of these 2 for 2.5 hours before there was any change #260301-180942-559000 --- #260301-180837-879000 . It's brought everything to a total halt.
