Error every time I try to rate my film

My feature documentary "Truelove: The Film" was released via VOD this month, but the Rating button on my IMDBPro page is malfunctioning which is preventing from my film from being rated, which makes things look worse. Every time me or someone tries to rate it, they get this error message and nothing makes it stop, not even logging out and back in. I have contacted IMDB help twice and haven't heard back. This happening to anyone else and is there a fix?

@viarpro Thanks for the problem report. The real issue here is that your film has no release date on IMDb -> https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11171986/releaseinfo/ and is therefore ineligible for ratings and reviews (see the Ratings FAQ). To make the title eligible for rating, please add the missing release details for at least one country.

The secondary issue is that if a title is not yet eligible for rating, IMDbPro should not display the “Rate” button in the first place. This is a (new) bug in the IMDbPro software which we will report to the appropriate team.

Thanks for your reply. I had the release date updated 2 weeks ago on IMDBPro, but somehow it reverted to the Festival release date from last year that was listed on IMDB. I just updated it so hopefully that resolves my rating issue. Stay tuned!

@viarpro A festival release date is a valid date for IMDb and should not be removed from IMDb (the delete should not have been accepted so we will follow-up with the appropriate team). As you have observed first-hand, this can lead to unexpected consequences.

You are welcome to contribute additional later release dates, but that does not require the deletion of any older dates.
