Error cronológico al cargar los datos en la sección: "Otros Trabajos". Biographical Information

Good morning, Miss Michelle, I hope you are well; I am making contact for the following: 

- For a long time, in the section: other works, of my account, I have been trying to publish chronologically and descending. Without the expected result.
- Every time I make a new publication, for some reason the previous ones get out of order and are no longer presented in descending chronological order.
- It has also happened to me, that the system or the team, declines some publication because according to them it is identical to another one that is still under evaluation.  
- I always wait several days for the page to do the whole process, but in the end I have to correct the place of some publication because it appears changed or some is missing. 
- Yesterday, after a long time, I decided to fix the posts that were not in the right place. I deleted a repeated post and moved the rest of the existing posts down one position. Also, I relocated one post. 
- Unfortunately, the nightmare continues: Of the 11 modifications; only 3 were approved; 7 are pending, most likely to be published in the wrong place; and, 1 is declined because, quote: "Your contribution has been declined. The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff". This answer is totally wrong because that publication was previously published and their only change was to move it one position down. The same was done with several and even with some of the approved ones. 
- I turn to you again because I am concerned that every time I need to make a change in this section, it always generates a problem. The publications that were well, get messed up or declined, or simply remain pending for several days; until the process ends and they are published -again- in a disorderly way.

- Every time I have to add a publication, I have to think very well because I have to make the least amount of changes to the existing ones. 
- Yesterday I made a modification to order the last mess that the system published; then, I will continue adding the new publications of the year 2021. 
- Now I have to wait for this whole process to pass, see which ones are ok and which ones are not, and then start again to reorder chronologically my publications before adding the new ones. 

Thank you very much for your attention and I hope my explanation is clear. It is suggested to review my contribution history and you will understand each step I mentioned. Please, if you have any doubt, I will be waiting for your answer.

Buenos días, Srta. Michelle, espero se encuentren bien; hago contacto por los siguiente: 

- Desde hace mucho tiempo, en la sección: Otros trabajos, de mi cuenta, he intentado publicar cronológicamente y de forma descendente. Sin el resultado esperado.
- Cada vez hago un publicación nueva, por alguna razón se desordenan las anteriores y dejan de presentarse en orden cronológico descendente.
- También me ha sucedido, que el sistema o el equipo, declinan alguna publicación porque según ellos es idéntica a otra que está en evaluación todavía.  
- Siempre espero varios días para que la página haga todo el proceso, pero al final debo corregir el lugar de alguna publicación porque aparece cambiado o falta alguna. 
- Ayer, después de mucho tiempo, decidí arreglar las publicaciones que no estaban en el lugar correcto. Borré una publicación repetida y el resto de publicaciones existentes las moví una posición hacia abajo. También, reubiqué una publicación. 
- Lamentablemente, la pesadilla continúa: De las 11 modificaciones; sólo 3 fueron aprobadas; 7 están pendiente, lo más seguro es que las publiquen en un lugar errado; y, 1 está declinada porque, cito: "Your contribution has been declined. The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff". Esta respuesta es totalmente equivocada porque esa publicación estaba publicada anteriormente y su único cambio fue moverla una posición hacia abajo. Lo mismo que se hizo con varias y hasta con algunas de las aprobadas. 
-  Recurro a usted nuevamente porque me preocupa que cada vez que necesito hacer algún cambio en esta sección, siempre me genera un problema. Las publicaciones que estaban bien, se desordenan o las declinan, o simplemente se quedan pendiente por varios días; hasta que el proceso termina y son publicadas -de nuevo- de forma desordenada.

- Cada vez que debo agregar una publicación, debo pensar muy bien porque debo hacer la menor cantidad de cambios a las existentes. 
- Ayer hice un modificación para ordenar el último desorden que publicó el sistema; para luego, continuar agregando las nuevas publicaciones del año 2021. 
- Ahora debo esperar a que pase todo este proceso, ver cuáles están bien y cuáles no, y así volver a empezar a reordenar cronológicamente mis publicaciones antes de agregar las nuevas.
