Episode title not going through

I submitted an episode (260908-064146-599000), which was approved, but the episode title never went through; soon afterward, the episode disappeared completely (along with a later submission in which I tried to add the title again). I re-submitted the episode (260909-063020-880000), which has gone live, but again without the episode title. Is there some problem? Does it somehow have to do with the fact that the word "trailer" is in the title? That's my only guess.
