Episode Title Glitched?

This is about 260915-133207-722000 and 260915-153155-200000.

I submitted a new episode with the title and the initial submission has everything green, but the title didn't show up. I assumed something may have happened during the initial submission, so I submitted a title correction on the episode, and it got rejected for being a duplicate. Can this be looked at?
