Episode order needed rearranging for a season...

This is due to it being the final episode of Series 2 to be transmitted in the London area only. This episode was intended to be the fourth episode in series 2 and was broadcast everywhere outside London as the fourth episode in series 2 on 2nd October 1980" I've cross-referenced this against the British Newspaper archive (it's true) and got all the dates for the episodes double checked. I tried some renumbering but it hasn't been accepted. As you can see from the broadcast dates, then episode 2.13 is really episode 2.4. Everything from 2.4-2.12 needs to be raised one (ie. renumbered as 2.5-2.13) and 2.13 needs to be renumbered as 2.4.
