episode number not matching actual release number

I have tried to add a new episode #8.9 to Hudson & Rex, I was advised to re-submit a declined submission due to a "Lack of supporting evidence" which I have done, with the new Ref. No. above.
The only thing I could add to the screenshots for the names already submitted was a url for the Canadian TV channel listing for the series.
Which shows the episode title "All The Wrong Moves" and episode number #8.9.

There is another issue, IMDB has an episode #9.1 with the episode title "All the Wrong Moves" but with little detail.
How should I approach this problem because the broadcaster of the programme has called it #8.9 NOT #9.1?
If my submission for #8.9 is approved, do I request a merge of the two episodes?

Thank you for posting the reference! Further reviewing, this has been approved and as per the duplicated episode that was live as #9.1, it has now been merged onto episode #8.9.
The changes are still in-progress and will be live on the site once the process has completed.
