Entry keeps getting rejected?
Hi! I appeared on two episodes of a popular tv show and one episode of another, but IMDb keeps rejecting my entries. I wasn't listed on the credits but I do have my paystubs, call sheets, and even a screenshot of me in the show and yet it still says unable to verify. Has anyone else had issues like this or have any advice to get my entries verified? Thanks!

Jessica: Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 240123-123456-789000.)
Also, please check your submission history at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ and copy the rejection notice from there, and post that here too.

Here is a screenshot of the submission receipt for the more important credit. I also provided both my paystub and a screengrab of me on the screen as proof and it was still rejected.

Jessica: It looks like you may have tried to submit your credit for the series "Chicago P.D.", as opposed to a specific episode. If so, that is almost certainly the problem.
If a TV series has any episodes listed -- and "Chicago P.D.", having been on the air for 12 years, has 229 episodes listed in IMDb -- all credits for the show should be submitted to the page for the specific episode.
Also, since the formatting of episode titles on IMDb is complex, I recommend that you start from the page for the episode (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2805096/episodes/?season=12 for the list of episodes in the current season) and add your name to the cast. That way, you only have to get your own name correct. By contrast, if you started from your own name page and tried to add the episode to your own credits, you would need to get all the punctuation in the formatted episode title correct.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
