I have been trying to add a credit for a client. We have (uncredited) proof by way of a pay stub. It says approved but is not appearing. Is there any way to escalate this?
Sure but here's the problem. I know one of these was approved but it never showed up. So I kept trying to submit and it's telling me they are already part of the cast. I did submit proof by way of a paycheck image.
Not sure which one to give you since I tried over and over. So here goes ... maybe the most recent will help you track it. I'm almost embarrassed to list so many but, hope you can help.

Taking a look at the name page of this person, I can see the credit associated with the page. However, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on name pages before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible.
Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear. I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible.
