Editors Keep Declining Deletion of Incorrect Actor Credits for 5 Episodes Despite Evidence

I'm doing my best to clean up the incorrect information on a series I hold dear to my heart as it was my big break as a voice actor. It's a 2-character show, and while I've been able to get the correct information added - the editors are continuously declining to DELETE THE WRONG credits that need to be removed because they are for actors who worked on the following season but never worked on these particular 5 episodes of the first season. I have the episodes at home so I took screenshots of the credit roll showing clearly that there are only 2 performers who worked on these episodes (and therefore should delete the incorrect extra entries) but it seems that is not enough to satisfy them. I really don't know what more I can send. I have contracts... :( Help!

I did it specifically for one episode but it needs to be completed for 5 episodes.
