Editing Previous Title Form / New Title Form

I previously created/edited a title form. Now I can’t return to my earlier submission: when I click through from the warning page, it opens an incorrect page (or an error page), so I’m unable to continue editing the original entry. Also, I don't have any contribution updates on my history. However, when I am trying to create a new title form, it shows my previous unfinished film name, and I have to change the name to xxxx (2025/II). And when I click on the previous page, it opens, but shows an incorrect page (or an error page).
