Edit declined even with evidence directly from the credits
I've now tried to correct a credit twice with the credits from the actual title on Amazon Prime but I've been rejected both times. How can I resolve this? I've given screenshots from the title on Amazon Prime. #221005-221145-967000

Hi @at0605 - I can see that the credit request was declined because the screen grab evidence provided showed that the gaffer credit belongs to "Axel Johannsen" verses the name you were submitting the credit for. If you have a different screen grab featuring the exact name/role you were submitting the credit for, I encourage you to resubmit with that screen grab and our editors will take another look.

Hello at0605, Thanks for providing the submission number! I have checked the update, and it was rejected because the credit could not be verified. The updated credit was added to "Alec Gibbons" and the screengrab provided shows ""Axel Johanssen" as the credited name, therefore the credit ended up as rejected. I encourage you to re submit the credit to the correct name and our editors can take a look for you!
