Den: I'm not sure what the problem is. I just tested rating a couple of the other episodes (which are listed at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7956274/episodes/ ) and the rating seemed to work normally.

@DenGamer300 At the time you posted, the other episodes were all missing a release date. Only titles with known release dates in the past (ie: those known to have been released per the definition on https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/track-movies-tv/ratings-faq/G67Y87TFYYP6TWAV) are open for voting. Someone has added release dates in the meantime, so as @gromit82 notes above (thanks), the episodes are now all open for voting.
