Duplicated photo (former headshot) not deleted - George Carlin

In submissions #260407-213743-259402 and #260409-192717-151402 I tried to delete this (small) photo of the late and great George Carlin: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0137506/mediaviewer/rm4133852928  because it's a dupe of this (bigger) picture: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0137506/mediaviewer/rm1414568192/

My submissions were declined. I assume because the photo used to be Carlin's primary image.

Can a staffer look into this please and delete the dupe?
