Thanks for your report, the duplicate series/episode has now been combined. 

If you encounter this type of issue again in the future you can submit the applicable title merge requests directly through our contact form, for more information about title merges I encourage you to review our Help Guide (for this case, you would need to merge the applicable episodes first, and you can then merge the series).
