When I type my name into the search bar, it appears twice. How can I ensure that my name is listed only once, and, that all of my credits are listed under it?

I have a IMDB credit from 2012 but under a different stage name. Now, I want to create a new IIMDB oage and want to add that same credit but under my new stage name. Is it possible to get that deleted?
i guess production must have given me a credit at that time.
