Duplicate listing , ticket unattended for almost a year

A ticket (# 220404-071856-252000) was raised when i saw mispronounced (?) name  at the time of the shows release. It looks like someone wrote "crazy love" in a heavy korean english accent. Today another much better formatted listing  exists , with correct title name and more accurate and full cast attrition and details. The old listing (#2) doesnt have any new info over #1, is missing a lot of data too.
