Duplicate Keywords - List #17 (Proposals for Permanent Merger and Auto-Conversion) (misc. & people keywords)

Here is the next installment of my lists of proposed keywords for permanent merger and auto-conversion.

I am posting this for fellow contributors to review first and raise any objections or questions. I will wait at least seven days before changing this post to a "problem" post and asking IMDb staff to make the proposed mergers.

The mergers should be made in the direction of the arrows.

* After merging "kid" and "kids" into "child" and "children," respectively, I recommend not establishing auto-conversion for these keywords. Instead, the keywords "kid" and "kids" should be perma-banned as too vague, because the word "kid" can mean either a human child or a young goat.  I searched and found five titles with the keyword "kid" where "young-goat" (aka "kid-goat") were clearly intended. I have modified these keywords accordingly.

**  "women-in-prison" should specifically be plural (i.e., "women" rather than "woman"), because "women in prison" is a specific film sub-genre

@Michelle  Now that the seven-day comment period on this list of keywords has expired, the list is ready for action by IMDb staff (mergers and auto-conversion). Accordingly, I have changed the post to a "problem" post. I will post the full list below with the number of titles removed.

In the USA, glasses often refers to drinking glasses.  Therefore, a much better keyword that "man-wears-glasses" or "woman-wears-glasses" would be "man-wears-eyeglasses" or "woman-wears-eyeglasses." I have a vague memory of a title where a female character did, indeed, wear drinking glasses as eye glasses (perhaps a Czech avant grade?), but, that, because of its extreme rarity, should have generated a unique keyword.  "eyeglasses" keywords should also replace those with the word "spectacles," although some would probably make a distinction between "spectacles"and "eyeglasses" that most of us would probably not know.

In the past, there was the suggestion that the "children" keyword (plural) all be changed to "child" (singular) that was generally supported by contributors and users.  Guess that never happened.

"social-awkwardness" (a noun) is also a better keyword than "socially-awkward" (an adjective). "socially-awkward" could be a critical, subjective evaluation of the title, itself, although it could be used in conjunction with a noun, i.e. "socially-awkward-man," "socially-awkward-penguin," etc.

AND the "human'-interest" keyword(s) should be deleted entirely.  Is there ANY title that does not have SOME human-interest?  It not, it would not have been made!

@bradley_kent "glasses" could mean either eyeglasses or sunglasses. It would not make sense to arbitrarily pick one of these for merger and auto-conversion.
