Dubbing Credit keeps getting rejected

I have tried to add my credit as a dubbing actor three different times for a series and it keeps getting rejected for different yet nebulous reasons. I have attached a screenshot of my credit at the end of an episode and that was rejected as "badly formatted." Fine. So I then attached a redacted PDF of my actual SAG-AFTRA dubbing contract, which was rejected as "unable to verify." I resubmitted the redacted PDF contract again yesterday and it was rejected as "Badly formatted." Yet when I look in the help section, I can't find a specific dubbing credit section to even begin to understand what I'm supposed to do. And all this after I've successfully added a previous dubbing credit in November and five credits for my daughter, all with the same type of info. It feels like someone who works at Imdb is just arbitrarily rejecting my credit. What more do you need to see?

Hello jmvd

Can you post the 18-digits submission reference number? to take a look for you.

You can find the submission number in your Contribution History page.

@jmvd- Thank you for posting the reference numbers! Further reviewing, these were not accepted as they were badly formatted as per our on-screen credit rules, specifically on the character section.

This has been corrected and re-submitted on your behalf. They have now been approved and the changes will be live on the site shortly.

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. As an aside, I'm not sure how I could have better listed the character I played since I spelled it exactly as it's spelled on my contract, and tried multiple different ways to list it. Perhaps a more thorough and specific FAQ for dubbing credits would alleviate this problem in the future?
