Thanks for flagging this and for providing the submission IDs - that's really helpful for us to review what happened.

You're right that there are issues here, and I understand the frustration when some edits are accepted and others aren't. Let me clarify the policies at play:

Uncredited Voice Actors: We do not allow uncredited voice credits on animation pages.  If a Japanese voice actor was not officially credited for an episode, they should not appear on the cast list - regardless of whether they can be identified by ear or other means. Your removals of these entries are in line with our policy.

American Version Credits (tt0280249): For heavily edited US-release anime titles - where the episode count is reduced and/or the running order is altered (Dragon Ball being a high-profile example) - we maintain a separate title page specifically for credits that relate to that dub/version.  English-language voice actors for the US release should be listed on tt0280249, not on the original Japanese title page.  

So to your question about what differs between the two pages beyond the release year: it's the editorial changes to the content itself (reduced episode count, altered running order) that justify the separation, and each page should only carry the credits specific to its version.

Regarding the Inconsistent Decisions: I appreciate you calling this out.  I have resubmitted all these specific submissions on your behalf and our staff will review them again. The policies should be applied consistently, and if they weren't, that's something we need to address on our end.

Lastly, for the 'Complete Cast" you mentioned, are there specific episodes where you observed this happening on?  Once I have a few example episodes our staff can investigate further.
