double name

Hi, there seems to be a problem with a latest credit of me. For the movie 'when it melts' or 'het smelt' my name is mentioned with the production design credit which is correct. But it is not linked with my account because it says 'Robbe Nuyttens II' also known as Robbe Nuyens. So someone has added a misspelled name and now there are two accounts of my name. 

It should just say 'Robbe Nuyttens' as in the art direction credit. And then its linked to my account .
