Documented actor's credit declined

I submitted on two occasions an actor's credit for this individual with a web link to a pay stub, casting agency page listing his credit, casting call sheets and email correspondence. The submission was declined both times. I made the submission separately to the title and from the actor's page with no avail. I must be doing something wrong although previous unrelated submissions have gone through fine. I am perplexed. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello all, I have attempted to add an actor's credit to a title with the proper documentation, but it has been rejected twice. I provided a website link to pay vouchers, email correspondence, casting call sheets and the casting agency's website, which has its own list to the actor's credits. I submitted one actor's credit via the title page and it was rejected. I then submitted the actor's credit via the actor's page with the same documentation and it was rejected. I have the proper documentation but I must be doing something wrong. Please advise.
