Do multiple entries on a single ticket (submission) - e.g. keywords does this count as one or does each individual entry count as separate?

I am just wondering if you make multiple entries (e.g. tagging people in photos or adding keywords) in a single submission does it count as one submission for the purposes of no of contributions tracked over the year.
