Hi rogierjaarsma-
Thank you for posting the submission reference! Further reviewing, I can see that the submission above was declined as a duplicate as there were other 2 previous submissions for the same credit still pending processing.
Further reviewing, however, I can see that the credit was already approved and is live on the site.
