Devil in a blue dress (1995) with Denzel Washington
One of IMDb's Goofs is itself a goof: "When Easy gets paid
by Albright the first time, the twenty dollar bills are not
'Silver Certificate' twenties but 'Federal Reserve Notes',
which didn't come in until the '60s."
Federal Reserve notes have been printed since 1914.
Also, there was no comment about the lack of the phrase
"will pay to the bearer on demand", which wasn't
discontinued until the '60s.
