Details people. Details.

I do enjoy the trivia and user input here on IMDB, but there’s a few things that could use improvement. 

1. Release dates. For God’s sake, not just the year, but the actual release date! Come on. Details people, details.

2. Cast & character info. Are photos of actors really that hard to come by? Telling by the number of missing cast pics, they are. Also, show the full name under the pic, not the cut-off version requiring you to click on it to see their full name. And most importantly, along with the photo of the actor, show a photo of the character they portray in the film/series! 
3. Typos! Come on now, spell check does help, here and there. 
4. More attention to detail in location and production notes. It was filmed in Canada and released in 2003. Ok, at least I have a decade and continent to work with. But when did production start and finish? What city, town, or specific location was that? What kind of camera and film/format is that? (Actually some of those details are provided, but not consistently) 

Alright IMDB, I gratefully enjoy the information and trivia that you all put together! But as a fellow movie lover I think those suggestions would improve the site. Cheers!
