Denying my factual Updates

Why is IMDB denying my updates to my own page even after providing the contract to prove a credit? This is not the first time I've had issues with imdb and proper credits. I'm trying to fix several errors on my page and support is refusing every update. I'm happy to provide 15 years of career documents to prove my credits. But imdb cant tell me why they keep denying factual updates and insist on keeping incorrect information.

I will be reposting and resubmitting these tickets until the errors are resolved.
