Denied image submissions, seeking clarification

Submitted a number of screenshots for Dracula's Widow https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097230/ recently. Most accepted, three denied. I don't think there is anything in these that should have caused that as there is no nudity. Can an IMDB person take second look at these?
