Denial of a Goof contribution
Can someone please tell me why this contribution for a goof was declined?This is a fact and it fits the perfect guideline for such a goof.
Please revisit this and let me know why it was declined.

GOOF ADDITION
When Henry returns to the 4077th because he was told Radar is very sick, Henry and Frank (who is now officially in command of the unit) get into an argument when Frank is exercising his official authority stating that he is the commander. Henry responds by saying "You were the commanding officer. I'm taking over as of now!". In reality Henry simply just can't say he's taking over somebody's command in a situation like that. Henry would have to go through official channels, make the official requests, and the paperwork would have to be submitted and approved in order for him to get actual orders to take over as commander. Plus he would have to go back to Tokyo to retrieve all his uniforms and personal items to bring it back to the 4077th. Factual Mistake
