Denial of 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple

Hello

could someone tell me why my trivia was declined? This is not an opinion, it's a fact that Sampson and a lot of of the other infected walked around naked because they were not in their right mind because of the rage virus and after Dr Kelson treated his psychosis and Sampson now getting into his right mind and coming out of his maddening psychosis that you see him along the stream wearing a garment around his waist hiding his nakedness. This is a great point of trivia (and it's an opinion and it's not too long) and it is a fact that they made a point to demonstrate his return to normality by showing him now being cognizant that he's naked and the need to wear a garment around his waist.

TRIVIA ADDITION

"When Dr Kelson gives Sampson the pills that he had created to treat Sampson's psychosis, among the many signs afterwards that his mind is being restored to it being more normal, is that we see Sampson, who had been running around naked all the time, has obviously become self-aware of his nakedness and has now made a point to obtain some type of clothing material to wrap around his waist so as to hide his genitalia."

Hi Cousinvin62-

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! Further reviewing, this one was declined as it does have an opinion.

You are welcome to re-submit it with the respective corrections and our staff will take another look.

Cheers!

I might call it analysis of the plot. I actually see that kind of thing a lot in trivia these days, though it's not really what I expect from the section.

It could be part of a review, though reviewers also seem to have problems with what they are allowed to include these days.

IMDb could also take inspiration for future community or contribution features: People want to discuss plot points.

You guys had those sort of discussions here - well, on GS - before my time, yes?

I think it's more of this person seems to have some type of problem and I doubt this person that declined my submission even saw the movie. If they did then they would understand what I'm talking about before they misjudge and dismiss my contribution simply out of hand.

I mean, I wouldn't call it a plot analysis, it's pretty cut and dry. After the doctor gives Sampson the drugs to treat his psychosis, he's walking around the woods in total peace and enjoying the taste of a blackberry by slowly eating it and hearing the birds and the breeze rustling through the leaves of the trees for the first time, so it stands to reason that after him running around butt naked for two movies that all of a sudden he feels inclined to wear a garment around his waist for the first time to hide his nakedness is obviously the director trying to convey that Sampson has his mind right. I mean if these monitors want to play that game, then, if somebody were to say that Sampson is suffering from the rage virus, they could say "No, that's your opinion. Maybe he's mad about something else and maybe his eyes are red because he has an allergy, because after all, nobody ever saw him being bitten so we don't know if he's infected or not. That's your opinion he was even infected".

I mean, they could play those silly games forever and label anything as an opinion if they're having a bad day. It would help if this person that judged these contributions actually saw the movie!

I was addressing Peter.

Apologies, I have a cognitive condition, I can't read paragraphs longer than 5-6 lines.

I see. Sorry for what some might say is a lengthy diatribe but when a person has their proverbial day in court, you have to make yourself clear with these people and unfortunately it requires a lengthy explanation.

If you mean discussions about plot points, it was more in the old message boards at IMDb.

Aaah, okay, on IMDb, not GS.

Probably a nightmare to moderate.

I would have enjoyed them.
