Demeaning user review of film.

I just came across a user review of a film that I think should be removed or at least edited. The film is “Don’t Go in the House” (1980). The review concludes with the reviewer saying that anyone who likes the film is a “sick f*ck”. There is a difference between having a negative opinion and passive aggressively attacking someone in disagreement with a positive opinion. This doesn’t belong here.

What is the means by which you reported it? Just clicked on “report” without being asked for a reason and that’s it? And then you received that response? That makes no sense. If they want a specific reason, the method of reporting needs to be changed to allow you to give a reason, not just to click on “report”. Michelle, why is that happening?

Generally when you see the "Reason Not specified" tracking, this means a reason wasn't selected by the editor when your report was rejected.

Do you have the 18-digit submission reference number? If so I can investigate further why it was declined.

I've reported it three times and they keep rejecting it, claiming they've been "unable to verify" my contribution. What gives? @Michelle , what is happening here?

That may be true if it didn’t go against the guidelines:

What not to include:

Profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.
Avoid unannounced spoilers!
Phone numbers, mail addresses, URLs, email addresses.
Writing in ALL-CAPS!
Content in languages other than English
Do not include personal opinions on real life events or subject matter on which a film is based.

Negative opinions are valid but to call others “sick f*cks” for having positive opinions on a movie that offended you so is not only crossing a line but is violating the guidelines in this case. It needs to be edited or removed.

has nothing good to say/review about any shows!!!...
has always made very personal and mean remarks and attacks on these shows, especially on their stars...

Two fake rescues and a child abuse
but then the producers just had to toss alex trebek in the pot
to spoil the episode ...
oh and his rescue was fake as well ....
really tired of watching this crap
