Deletion needed: The Scott Adams School

I added a new series called THE SCOTT ADAMS SCHOOL by mistake. I thought this was a new podcast series being created, but it turns out it was just a retitling of the series called COFFEE WITH SCOTT ADAMS.

Normally, this would require a merge, but there is no information on this new series that isn't on the old series. It should be deleted outright.

Also: someone added an end date to COFFEE WITH SCOTT ADAMS. That should be removed.
