Deleting language from image - #250119-193136-649202 + #250128-222444-421402

In both these submissions, I tried to delete the language English from this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1606375/mediaviewer/rm3869541632/ Unfortunately, both submissions were declined. Can a staffer look into this please? By the way, I have the feeling that removal requests for languages on photos are almost always declined. Is that true or do I just have bad luck? :)
