Deleting incorrect information

There are three incorrect credits in my filmography, and I cannot seem to get them removed. I have asked maybe a dozen time for their removal, but they remain stubbornly there. These credits relate to a couple of TV series that were made in the USA. I have never worked on these series, and I have pointed this out countless times. Is there some way I can appeal to some higher authority. I have a long enough filmography as it is, but I don't wish to take credit for shows I had nothing to do with.
