Deleting DUPLICATE title entries

I cannot believe I'm actually having to reach out here, because the Pro center help page dead useless

HOW do you delete a duplicate episode entry please???  I've gone out of my head to do this on my own with NO success.  Unbelievable it comes to reaching out here, just to accomplish what otherwise should be a SIMPLE edit/correction
