Real Women II (tt0263921) is a duplicate of Season 2 of Real Women (tt0143057) but without any episodes and just some of the cast at series level. The second season of Real Women used the same on-screen title https://i.postimg.cc/nrmV2GNH/Image1.png so it is not a different title. I suggest you delete tt0263921. I've copied the crew and plot summary across, but you might want to copy the user review https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0263921/reviews/?ref_=ttrv_ov_ururv, maybe making it clear that it related to the second season.
