Delete request keeps getting rejected

Hello ryanmaxomelia, I can see the submission made 240413-003807-499000 was a credit deletion, we won't delete listed data, you can submit a credit correction moving the credit to the correct name page instead of removing the data. Keep in mind that you will need to attach on screen credits evidence to move/delete a credit, I can see that you are not adding evidence in previous submissions and it can end up as rejected. @Fran , @gromit82 , I've submitted yet another request with an explanation and evidence that we do not know who the listed actor is. This is NOT a request to delete, just to correct the actresses name. The current actor (male?!) is unknown to anyone on the production team. Please help. Thank you. #240413-201928-167000

The submission is pending revision, you will have to wait for it to be processed. Now, as explained in the previous comment, you will need to add onscreen end credits screengrabs to verify and make sure that the correction is correct.

@Fran Thank you. We have a screen grab. Do I need to submit another contribution and upload or where does that need to go? I don't see an option to upload on the contribution page for #240413-201928-167000. 

@ljdoncel - We had 2 interns on the production team helping us with imdb submissions, all of whom had my login information. This person submitted this years ago without my review/approval to try to expedite the correction. Soren is not a union actress and was helping us out as a favor so she did not have an imdb page. One was created in the last few days as we've been trying to correct the error made years ago. None of us know who "Francesca Haeri" is. 

@ljdoncel - also - according to imdb, Francesca Haeri is not listed as an actress, but an actor. And again, we did not hire an actor to play the "happy wife." 

Hi @ryanmaxomelia, We have investigated this issue further and can confirm that the credit on this title for Soren Bezahdi has been removed. The credit for Francesca Haeri has been corrected to be listed as an actress and will not removed. This decision was taken as we believe this is factual information and have verified the credits on the original version of this title lists this name as the performer of the role, "Happy Wife". As mentioned in a previous response, it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records. Thank you for your understanding.
