delete credit
I need to delete several credits as "director" and "producer" for several titles I was NOT a director or producer for. When I submit the correction, it is declined, saying: "Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution." I have provided screenshots showing credits in the description of the video on YouTube to no avail. Also, there is no credit roll on the videos to verify in the video itself... only credits in the video description.

As mentioned in our previous reply, it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records.
We have reviewed your request and believe the information we have listed to be factual, as such we cannot remove this from the database.

I'm sorry, but it is not factual. I am the person who submitted the original (incorrect) credits in the first place. I am trying to correct my mistakes. I can provide any evidence necessary. All I want is to make the information correct.
