delete actor credit

How to fix? Tried deleting an actor credit that should actually be credited to another person. 

But it continues getting declined saying:

"Reason: Unable to verify.

Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided. How can this be fixed? The credit should not be on this account. How can I make this submission verified?
