Delete a credit from 2 people

Hello, I regularly contribute on projects I am involved in. Unfortunately, I have been unable to delete a credit from a project for both myself and another actor. We were not involved in the project - we actually didn't even meet the director until 20 years after the project was made in his home country. I've sent in screen grabs of the credit block and even a screen grab of the link to the entire short. We were in no way affiliated. The only credit in the film was the director. There was a point in time that he used my computer several years ago (more than 20 years later when we did know him) and he may have (for some reason) added us. This is not okay with us, is not factual, and my password was changed shortly thereafter.
